Digital offerings for the producers’ perspective

Introduction

Agriculture and Agri-Foods Canada (AAFC) offers a digital portal to provide easy access for producers to programs and services. Working with AAFC, an Impact Canada Fellow is leveraging behavioural insights to understand the value of these government digital offerings from the producers’ perspective and identify ways to improve the digital portal by integrating behavioural science.
