Dr. Erik Jansen

Erik is a Behavioural Science Fellow with the Impact and Innovation Unit in the Privy Council Office, where he will apply behavioural science techniques and insights to inform government programs and policies.

Erik received his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in psychology from MacEwan University and his Master of Arts in social psychology from the University of Waterloo, where he is also completing his Ph.D. in social psychology. During this time, he specialized in goal pursuit, motivation, and self-regulation.
