Jessica Ly

Jessica serves as office manager within the Impact and Innovation Unit (IIU), where she plays a key role in providing strategic administrative and operational support to help advance the team’s mission. With a strong background in coordination, resource management, and organizational efficiency, she ensures the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. Jessica's public service career began in 2009, and before joining the Privy Council Office, she held senior executive assistant roles at Health Canada and Public Safety Canada. In these positions, she developed extensive experience in managing complex systems and delivering high-level support in dynamic environments.
