Stefan Paruga

Stefan is an Innovative Finance Fellow with the Impact and Innovation Unit. He has been seconded to Global Affairs Canada (GAC) to support the roll-out of the International Assistance Innovation Program (IAIP), GAC’s new $1.59b innovative finance program. Stefan supports transactions carried out through the IAIP, providing financial and impact analysis, and also contributes to broader strategic work as it relates to GAC’s innovative finance agenda.

Before joining the Government of Canada, he worked with Social Finance UK, and Convergence.

Stefan holds a Master of Science with Distinction from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours with Distinction from Queen’s University.
