The vaccine development process and how it is possible to achieve a COVID-19 vaccine

Summary
In line with the recommendations from Vaccine Study 2, Impact Canada developed an animated video to give Canadians a better view into how vaccines are developed and what factors contributed to an expedited COVID-19 vaccine. Both the script and visuals were developed with a behavioural science lens, applying insights from previous studies and rapid reviews including harnessing the principle of operational transparency. The video was published by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
